At Indubalaa, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered

The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags

You initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the product
Note: We do not accept returns for size issues unless there is a manufacturing defect or a mismatch in delivered size compared to what was ordered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Innerwear, leggings, or underskirts

Sale or discounted items

Customized or altered garments

Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Photos or video of the defective/damaged product (required)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup or request you to self-ship the item to our Guwahati store address.
4. Return Shipping

Reverse Pickup (if available in your location): We’ll schedule it and share updates.

Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is not available, you can courier the item to our address. Shipping cost will be reimbursed only if the return is due to our error.
Note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit while self-shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund.

Refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)

COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Please allow 5–7 business days after product inspection for the refund to reflect
Refund will be denied if:

The product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition

Return request was made after the return window expired
6. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for return once delivered.
8. Important Points

Please do not accept packages that appear tampered or damaged. Report such deliveries immediately.

All returns and refunds are subject to quality checks and approval by our support team.
